		<description>Another &quot;birding in the &#039;hood&quot; post is forthcoming.  One of the more amusing things, I guess, about this kind of birding is on the occasions we get out of the car, we carry golf clubs.  Not much use against a gun (a woman was shot on the street about 7 blocks from where we were last weekend), but we could wallop a dog or unarmed thug with a good driver.  You see people carrying them all the time in some of the seedier parks around here.</description>
